How to Return an Item

Print Your Return Label

After submitting your return request, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.

No printer? Select "Print at Depot" option and we'll print it for you at the drop-off location.

Pack Your Item Securely

Place the item in its original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Seal the package securely with tape.

Once your return is processed by the depot or picked up by a driver, you'll receive tracking updates via email and in your account.

You'll receive notifications when: Item is received at depot, Item is inspected, and Refund is processed.

After we inspect your return (typically 2-3 business days), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or store credit is issued immediately.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Defective or damaged items can be returned at any time, even beyond 30 days.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! Add Click Go provides free return shipping for all eligible returns. We'll email you a prepaid return label after you initiate your return.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes! When initiating your return, select "Exchange" and specify what you'd like instead. We'll ship the new item right away, and you can return the original at your convenience.

What if I lost the original packaging?

That's okay! While we prefer items be returned in original packaging, you can use any secure box or packaging material. Just make sure the item is well-protected and include all accessories.

What happens to returned items?

Returned items in good condition are inspected and may be resold. Items that can't be resold are processed through our Gig Return Depots, where they're bundled into mystery boxes for discount resale, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

Can I return a gift?

Yes! Gift recipients can return items for store credit or exchange without needing the original payment information. If you'd like a refund to the purchaser's payment method, they'll need to initiate the return.

What if my return is denied?

Returns are rarely denied, but it may happen if an item is not in its original condition, is past the 30-day window (and not defective), or falls under non-returnable categories. We'll notify you via email and offer options, such as partial refund or return of the item to you.
